Only Mods I Have Done On My Subaru Is TurboXS Shortie Intake, and TurboXS Ti-Turbo Back Exhaust. So Far With Those Mods Runs a 14.4 @ 95mph (no launch, and 2.1 60 Foot Time) Mods Coming Soon are Pfitzner Tranny, Kartboy Short Shifter, Manual Boost Controller, Gauges (Digital), Bigger Turbo and FMIC, Injectors, Fuel Pump and more. Anything From CBRD That I Can Get For My 02 Scoob?

from my noob research, with that TBE you should at least have a Cobb AP2 mapping the ECU. I only have a CBE but im still saving up for the AcessPort 2.. everything else sounds like a good start, similiar to my set up
